No one likes a long video that just goes on and on and on… Your video should do both of the above points but quickly and concisely. Most ads online these days come in around the 30 second mark however there is an exception for longer format videos such as testimonials and interview led projects.

4. Why should viewers choose you

Your video needs to tell the audience exactly why they should choose your brand. What makes your product or service the best.

5. Call to action

This is one of the most important factors of your advert. The goal is to encourage someone to do something and to achieve this you need something at the end of the video to action them into doing something. This could be to visit a specific website, follow your social media accounts or something specific to the ad itself.
